Introducing LeaderSet

Business leaders and senior managers across the North West can now benefit from leadership training to help them make full use of their workforce and accelerate the growth of their business through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service.

LeaderGen are approved leadership & management training providers. We have designed an innovative leadership & management development programme called LeaderSet to accelerate the growth of businesses by getting them export ready - and then matching them to opportunities in the emerging markets of East Africa.

LeaderSet will be delivered through a combination of action learning sets and quarterly seminars starting this September. This service is targeted at companies in the ICT, Business & Professional Services, Education & Training and the Manufacturing sectors. More information can be found on the LeaderGen website here.

The service includes access to funding of up to £1,000 to enhance businesses through leadership and management training. Funding is matched by a 50 per cent contribution from the business.
To start benefitting, please contact The Leadership and Management Advisory Service and indicate your interest in the LeaderSet programme. One of their dedicated Leadership and Management Advisors will work with your business to assess its needs, identify training requirements and implement personal development plans, tailored specifically to your needs.

Managers and business leaders who have previously applied for funding are able to re apply for further support and continue to develop their skills and training. However this funding is limited and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
