Delivery
After processing your enrolment and payment, LeaderGen will send confirmation of your course booking on the same day or the next working day via email.
The email will contain the course details including the course booked, date, time and location, a receipt detailing the amount paid, participant's name and details of the cooling off period.
In the event that any course or course module has to be cancelled, LeaderGen reserves the right to replace it with one of similar content and value. In the event that this is not possible a full refund will apply.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel a course up to 14 working days prior to the date of the course, and/or the commencement of the training course, a complete (100%) refund will apply. No refunds will be made after 14 working days prior to the course.
If the participant fails to attend, full course fees are payable and a refund does not apply.
In the event of dissatisfaction with any services supplied, You or your representative will advise LeaderGen in writing within 3 days of the service giving rise to dissatisfaction. Any refunds made to a participant or a participant's representative are solely at the discretion of the CEO. In all circumstances, your fees must be paid in full before a refund can be considered.
Rescheduling
In the event that LeaderGen has to reschedule a course, participants will be offered an alternative booking.
In the event that any course or course module has to be cancelled, LeaderGen reserves the right to replace it with one of similar content and value. In the event that this is not possible a full refund will apply.
