Our Principles

Our Core Essence

Here are the guiding principles that are instilled within the DNA of the company and govern every aspect of the service we provide to you, our consultants and partners and affiliates. These values reflect our core essence which we live as a business, and is demonstrated in the collaborative and supportive way we work with you and each other.

Our key values and guiding principles that reflect our core essence include:

Leadership Excellence: We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of new leadership thinking and development with the focus on positively transforming life on our planet through the nurturing of inspirational business and political leadership.

Equality & Diversity:  We are committed to removing barriers that prevent women and ethnic minority individuals from achieving leadership roles at the highest levels. This commitment underpins and impacts on every area of activity.

Integrity: We pride ourselves on having strong principles which we demonstrate by walking our talk, allowing our actions, achievements and track record to speak louder than our words.

Human Potential: We are committed to improving the performance growth and development of each and every one of our clients and their organisations. We believe that all humans have the seeds of greatness within themselves. We strive relentlessly to empower and nurture individuals to release more of their unique talents, and exceed their own expectations.

Accomplishment: We build on existing strengths in experience, know-how, skills and reputation in providing a "world class" service that positively impacts on personal and organisational performance, and delivers measurable results and improvements. To enhance the reputation of the coaching industry, we are committed to establishing best practice standards and providing high-quality support services by demonstrating the business benefits and promoting best practice and excellence in the profession.

Innovation: We pursue an explicit policy of continuous improvement in everything we do, and pride ourselves on the creativity, continuous growth, self-improvement and lifelong learning of our employees and associates.

Contribution: We are committed to being part of and adding value to the larger business and global community. We pride ourselves in providing financially and personally rewarding employment, and to work as a team to build a company we can all take pride in.

Collaboration: To add value to the portfolio of coaching and mentoring services we provide for our clients, LeaderGen has established a network of international partners and associates on a reciprocal deal basis to generate mutually-rewarding business in a spirit of fair dealing.

How we maintain the highest professional standards

LeaderGen abides by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s (EMCC) Code of Ethics. All associates working for LeaderGen have agreed to accept and abide by this internationally recognised code.

The code sets out what clients can expect from the coach/mentor in either a coaching, training or supervisory relationship and forms the starting point for any contract agreed.

We recognise that there may be occasions when members may be in breach and not maintain these ethical principles.  LeaderGen has therefore devised a process by which breaches of the Code by its coach members can be reported and investigated.

Should a Coach be found to be in contravention of these code of ethics they will be cautioned and, dependent on the severity or damage, they may be excommunicated.

All coaches will have the opportunity to fully explain their actions. However, the decision of a panel of three LeaderGen Members, Supervisor/Mentors or Directors will be final.  Should the Coach wish to take the matter further this may be done through mediation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
