Amarron is the driving force behind Leadergen's East Africa operations. Amarron has a proven track-record in innovation and is constantly developing ways improve efficiency and enhance the value of the work that we do with our clients.

Amarron is a rising star within the business who, having won the North West Development Agency's EMBF Youth Entrepreneur Award, is destined to make a big name for himself within the world of industry and commerce.

Amarron joined LeaderGen from the world of investment banking, where he specialised in Corporate Action implementation and administration, at the world's largest custodian bank, The Bank of New York Mellon.

Here, Amarron achieved his Investment Administration Qualification in only four months, passing with distinction.

Amarron was a member of the Leadergen team which has just completed delivery of its pioneering LeaderSet programme in Kenya.

Amarron is currently focusing on working alongside East African organisations, aiming to facilitate trade flows with the UK and the East Africa Region as a whole.

He is responsible for shaping and achieving LeaderGen's key growth targets in the East Africa region.
