Through a number of bespoke leadership initiatives and development programmes Leaderene will empower, encourage and develop women for the highest levels of office and help to engender positive change in the organisational culture of corporate organisations; opening up opportunities in business, public, or political life and improving diversity on corporate boards.  Leaderene is dedicated to increasing the number of women in leadership positions and insoiring the next generation of female leaders.

Corporate Sponorship

Leaderene is actively seeking corporate partners to help achieve its goal of increasing access to positions of leadership for women by developing and supporting female leaders and proactively working companies to encourage cultural change within their organisation.
