Our two day Executive Coaching & Mentoring Programme has been designed to provide you with a robust introduction to executive coaching for improving personal performance and effectiveness in the workplace, and inspire you to consider coaching as a professional career.

The focus of this 2 x day taster workshop is to provide you with practical opportunities to learn about, and practice basic coaching skills to support others to perform to their full potential in the workplace.

This engaging and motivational programme will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the process, skills and knowledge they need to coach effectively.

The Executive Coaching & Mentoring Programme will introduce you to the benefits of coaching as well as giving you an appreciation of the value and application of coaching in business life.

It will allow you to gain practical hands-on experience by coaching fellow participants as well as being supported by an experienced and qualified coach during the sessions.

On successful completion of this programme you will to be eligible to progress to our Advanced Practitioner in Executive Coaching Programme.
